FTL: Faster Than Light as a Freemium game, all of the charm of the Pixel games, a little more verity and more combat depth than I would have expected. Doesnt do anything new, but doesnt do anything bad either. Worth your time, but maybe not worth your money. Recommend.

Ok so this game is FUN! And I would be playing it frequently, were it not for the bugs that plague every action I do. I cant add mining beams because it says not enough gas (I clearly have enough gas) leveling my ship mates just doesnt work, it looks sparkly like they are going to level up, it just never happens. I cant add a mineral storage to increase capacity which I need in order to upgrade my ship and add more production/combat modules so its kind of game breaking. Anywho, if the bugs would allow me to play the way it is intended to be played, Id be playing a lot and Id rate 5 stars. 3 stars is what I will give for potential and hope that the bugs will be ironed out.

Not too bad for such a low budget sort of game

Lovely retro artwork, simple gameplay, and a slowly unfolding story make this a great game with which to "take a break". Time gates and limited resources ensure that you wont be losing hours at a stretch to it, but for brief periods of play, its a delightful little diversion.

Fun to play and not to difficult to get the hang of

I have a iPhone 5 s and it keeps saying I dont have internet after it downloads more then half way.

This game is wonderful. It is really addicting and a great time killer. Some of the mechanics are really unique and original, but with the pros come the cons. This game is extremely buggy. From repeating actions to having to completely build/upgrade buildings. Although it is buggy, people have to understand this game is extremely early. Over all pretty good game.

Simple af but fun. Wont spend and money but its pretty fun. Collecting characters is my favorite aspect of the game so far

Good way to past time, its just having to wait for missions to refresh for 24hrs. Bugs popping up every so.

The game is fun, im always a lover towards games the let you build things. Only problem i have is how long i have to wait to construct things....not even 10 minutes into game and it takes you almost an hour to upgrade a room....besides that its fun

The game is kind of fun, but during a battle you are timed to beat the other ship. I was trying to destroy a ship and had it done for. But whilst I was trying to destroy everything on board it, the time ran out. Long story short I should have won that battle, because the ship was already destroyed.

The worlds most annoying tutorial glitches and cant move further. That stupid sound that the tutorial girl makes almost made me snap my phone in half so F@&$""@ annoying then she glitches and i cant move on so I assume the rest of the game is this way. Deleted playing ftl on ipad just wait till the release it on phone.

This game has me playing every free second I get!!!

This game is so good and so fun.Everything that shows of the game is true the game is just so good.

After trying out many games here in the App Store and most were failures, I found this game. Its definitely worth the free try!

In the vain of mobile games slightly like clash of clans and Fallout shelter you build various rooms and guns onto your ship, attack other players ships when they are away and collect resources at various time intervals. I feel that this game does have a fun puzzle element to the battle system however and there is some strategy involved. Also unlike some games I feel like the collecting of resources is a little less at the forefront and this game actually feels a lot more like a real game then many free mobile games that I have tried. If you are into sci fi, and mobile pixel games then this could be a game for you.

It told me an update is available. I updated it...and it tells me an update is available. So I clicked the link and the App Store only has "open" as the option. So I forced the game to close, opened it, update is available. Woohoo. I deleted the app and reinstalled. An update is available. Thanks for the broken game. Exactly what I was looking for.
